Host your shower in one of the prettiest venues in Sydney.

Below is everything you need to know about renting our space. If you have any additional questions or special requests, let us know. To book your event, please email us your preferred date and time.

What is your availability?

For the 2023 year, we are currently taking bookings for any day of the week at any time. Our most popular dates for shower events are Saturdays and Sundays, evening showers during the week are more unique but just as fun!

How many guests can I invite?

We provide tables/seating for up to 50 guests.

How much time do we have for the event?

3.5 hours, typically guests do a 1-hour setup, 2-hour event, and half an hour clean up. If more time is needed additional fees may be added.

Are the cafe services available for showers?

We have complimentary cafe catering, which includes our coffee, tea, and a non-alcoholic drink. Your guests can enjoy the best darn coffee in Nova Scotia, from our roaster's Sissiboo Coffee. We also have orange pekoe and herbal teas. Milk, non-dairy milk, cream, and sugar are provided.

What is the total cost?

$300. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking, the remaining 60% can be paid the day of the event.

What items do you provide?

We provide the tables, seating, and drinkware.

Do you serve my guests?

We provide service at our front counter space. As your guests arrive please ask them to come up to the counter to receive their drink order.

What about decorations?

Our space is a blank canvas, very clean and easy to decorate for any theme. You may bring whatever you like, tablecloths, centrepieces, balloons, etc. However, nothing can be pinned or taped onto our walls.

Where can my guests park?

There is public parking available on Charlotte Street as well as adjacent streets. Parking is free on the weekend as well as evenings.

Am I responsible for clean-up?

Yes. We will provide garbage and recycling bags for you. Anything brought into our space (food, presents, decorations, etc) must be removed following the end of your event.

Inclement weather policy?

We believe in safety first as such any extreme weather warnings where driving is a concern will result in a postponement of your event. This decision will be made 24-48 hours before your event and you will be given options to reschedule to the next closest available date.


We will be affected due to the Charlotte Street construction project this year. Construction is supposed to start sometime in the Spring and will probably run into late Fall. If you have a shower booked for this time please note Charlotte Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between Pitt and Wentworth, but sidewalks will remain open. Unfortunately, we have no control over issues that arise from this project such as water shutdowns, power loss, and sidewalk closures. If postponement of your event is required we will do our best to reschedule to the next closest available date. As a small business being affected by this project, we want to thank you in advance for supporting us through this difficult time.
